La strategia di Berlusconi dopo il voto del 14 dicembre 2010

A questo punto la battaglia l'ha vinta Berlusconi. Il voto alla Camera era un'occasione per poter manifestare la propria forza, spaccando l'FLI grazie alle promesse elettorali, gli interessi di Catia Polidori, legata al CEPU che con la riforma Gelmini vedrebbe il proprio istituto equiparato alle altre università italiane, i discorsi da statista al Senato e alla Camera. L'obiettivo era spaccare il fronte dell'FLI, ottenere una vittoria politica che gli permettesse di salire al Quirinale chiedendo il rimpasto di governo o le elezioni. In entrambi i casi il Presidente della Repubblica Napolitano ha le mani legate.

Deve ridargli la fiducia.

In questo modo può cambiare legalmente il Presidente della Camera e dare il colpo di grazia a Fini e al suo partito. Se volesse massimizzare al massimo questo vantaggio può trascinare l'Italia a nuove elezioni a marzo. " Votatemi per avere una maggioranza senza traditori e farò le riforme che servono al paese". Mediaset in borsa rimbalza verso l'alto, i mercati finanziari hanno paura più del vuoto di potere che di una maggioranza più o meno forte.

In entrambi i casi la palla è nelle mani di Berlusconi che può decidere se vuole ancora stravincere e portare il suo paese alla rovina o chiudere definitivamente la sua battaglia politica contro Fini e mettere mano alle riforme istituzionali che servono.

Allargare ulteriormente il conflitto porterebbe a scene di rivolta come quelle viste a Roma in tutte le città. Lo spettro di una rivolta è ormai nelle piazze, la tensione è alta perché il paese è spaccato in due. Chi odia Berlusconi e chi lo seguirebbe ovunque. L'odio genera follia, la follia genera rivolte e le rivolte, caotiche, aprono la strada ai regìmi e allo Stato di Polizia. How Berlusconi's fortune is crashing

I write in English cause I want to extend what Sicily knows from 1993 and now magistrates are ready-to-explain: Silvio Berlusconi became a important entrepenuer thanks to mafia. Expecially, the family of Brancaccio, where starts the success of Forza Italia's party, thanks to Marcello Dell'Utri. This is the story: mafia attacks the state with the assassinations of Falcone and Borsellino, but attacks also massonery with the Gergofili's bombs and Vatican with a bomb placed in the principal church in Rome, causing the invective of Giovanni Paolo II in Agrigento, during the 1993. Now, an exponent of mafia's family of Porta Nuova, Mangano, become the personal stableman of Berlusconi and Marcello Dell'Utri starts to publicize Forza Italia's party with ads in mafia's controlled zone. Brancaccio's family gets the permission to public ads and gets vote in favour of Forza Italia's party. Then Mangano, protected by Berlusconi, come back in Sicily to continue business with Porta Nuova's "famigghia". After the Capaci and via d'Amelio's carnage, secret services, members of carabinieri and politician starts to conctat mafia's chiefs to concordate a pact. This pact, called "papello", includes a series of promises to minimize processes against mafia's boys and to not finger mafia's assets. But this type of request doesn't be respected by Berlusconi and their friends. The second most important charge of Italian Republic, owned by Renato Schifani, elected in Berlusconi's government, starts its career defending mafia's exponent to keep hand on a palace in Piazza Leoni. The same palace where was living Giovanni Brusca, the man who push the button that activeted the bomb that kills Falcone and his crew, the same palace where starts out the car that explodes in via d'Amelio, killing Borsellino. Gaspare Spatuzza, one of the most important mafia's chief of Brancaccio, starts to declare to magistrates all about the Berlusconi's affairs. Officially, all declarations are expected in 4th of December, but something is just known. Another important person, Massimo Ciancimino, the son of mafia's mayor of Palermo, Vito Ciancimino, presents the papello to Palermo's and Caltanissetta magistrates, the same magistrates who investigate for Capaci and via d'Amelio's carnages. The economic empire starts with two important steps: during the first step Berlusconi and his family create Milano 2, in the second step he stoles the property of Mondadori, the most important publishing chain in Italy with a tow to advocate Mills, that materially starts the take-over. After that Berlusconi creates the private television broadcasting in Italy with Fedele Confalonieri, but many troubles came to surface. To preserve Fininvest, (actually Mediaset group) and the relative ads agency Publitalia 80, Berlusconi chooses to became a politician. During the 1994 the political situation in Italy is changing fast, so he choose to agree to "papello" and starts its political fortune. There is something else to knowing about Gaspare Spatuzza. The Brancaccio's boss was arrested in 1997, but starts to cooperate with magistrates during the 2008. Why? Attilio Bolzoni and Giuseppe D'Avanzo, two really know-well mafia's rules journalist, thinking that the actually Brancaccio's family say ok to Spatuzza. And then Spatuzza is presentig the bill to Berlusconi, that starts its fourth government during the 2008. Most of all are truly saying, what did you expect to put off Berlusconi? Why isn't he in jail? Because during 14 years he declares a lot of ad.personam laws: if there is the legictim suspect that a judge is partially, a defendant could obtain to change judge or court, crime of false accounting is decriminalized. Berlusconi's theory is summarized on what his advocate, Nicolo Ghedini, says to Corte Costituzionale, the most important court of justice in Italy that declares the last ad-personam-law unconstitutional: "the law is equal for everybody, but not its application". The last and probably the worst ad personam law is ready-to. With the excuse of rapid processes Berlusconi wants to delete all process against him and his society and decriminalize external competition with the mafia. I choose to write everything because i want to declare who really is Berlusconi: not a folk prime minister, but the new Macchiavelli's prince that wants to destroy the Italian Republic.
